Welcome to your #1 channel for Yoga For Arthritis @The RA Yogi! I'm Julia McNally, the creator of The RA Yogi and your trained Yoga For Arthritis teacher living with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I'm so happy to meet you here, as you are, and help you discover Yoga For Arthritis. I started this channel to educate, support and help ease suffering in the lives of people living with arthritis.

This practice is dedicated to those who are experiencing rheumatoid arthritis including the symptoms of pain, stiffness, swelling, deformities in the hands and feet, as well as, exhaustion/ fatigue. In this guided chair yoga break, we will work on improving stiffness and releasing tension & improve our flow of prana (energy) in the energetic body; by breathing, chanting, and gently moving the spine.

Whether you are practicing from a sturdy chair or wheel chair today, listen to your body because your body knows best.

This 10-minute chair yoga video is for anyone who might enjoy a more accessible yoga session they can practice from home, the hospital or the office.
