Tutorial • Short combo of hip drop kick and raise
Points to be checked- 1) Your posture should be correct. Both of the knees are bent (not just the front one) 2) The body weight ia on the leg which is behind so that the other leg is free to kick or raise. 3) Hip drops are continuous. Suppose the hip is being pulled up with a string then you leave the string so the hip drops off. 4)Slightly twist the leg and point the toe as you release the leg. Try it ! ♥️ . .
