In a crucial summit, eurozone leaders agreed to a second bailout deal for Greece.

The country's inability to pay back its mountain of debt had led to fears that other European countries struggling with debt may also run into trouble.

That's the reason French President Nicolas Sarkozy said the EU planned to seize the Greek crisis so as to make a quantum leap in eurozone governance and prevent any further problems.
