Every night, your body paralyzes itself to prevent you from acting out your dreams. However, there is a chance that in the morning, you will wake up paralyzed, stuck in between the dream world and reality. I hope this video can give you an idea of what sleep paralysis feels like, so you will be more prepared in case it happens to you.

Many people are afraid of the things that happen during sleep paralysis, but with the right steps, you can turn it into a vivid lucid dream. Lucid dreaming is when you realize that you're dreaming, and you can control it and do anything you want. Lucid dreaming can increase your chances of sleep paralysis, but there is a simple trick you can use to escape sleep paralysis right away and turn it into a lucid dream. It's REALLY important to know this trick in case it happens to you, or you will stay in sleep paralysis and even worse things might happen.
