In our discussions about personality, we often focus on socially desirable traits such as extraversion and agreeableness, which are known for their positive impact on leadership, job performance, and interpersonal relationships in the workplace. However, psychologists have also identified certain undesirable traits that form a "dark side" of prsonality, including Machiavellianism, narcissism, psychopathy, authoritarianism, and dogmatism. These traits are characterized by hostility towards others and a lack of empathy. Unfortunately, we sometimes encounter these traits in our interactions with others. In this video, I will introduce these personalities with examples and provide helpful tips for dealing with employees who exhibit such behaviors.
