Shrikhand Recipe
Shrikhand ingredients
Dahi 500 gm
Powder sugar 4 tsp
1 Mango puree
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Almond 4 pc crushed
Pista 4 pc crushed


Make hungcurd by straining excess water from curds. Hang curd in muslin cloth overnight or 6-7 hours.remains of curd in muslin cloth is hung curd.

Make puree of mango
In a bowl take hung curd ,add mango puree ,Blend well and make it smooth .
Add elaichi powder & dry fruits .
Keep in fridge for 4-5 hours.
