Obviously if you just build bigger biceps in general then by default your "peak" is going to grow as well. You can also perform bicep exercises that emphasize the long head in order to optimize things as much as possible. However, just don't make the mistake of thinking you're going to follow some "3 Tips For A Huge Biceps Peak" video off YouTube and perform some funky set of curling variations during your next bicep workout that are going to magically alter the shape of your biceps into a gigantic peaking mass. Most of those types of videos are simply created because it has mass appeal and is something beginners tend to search for. If you just naturally have "flatter" biceps (I personally fall into that category) then there's really only so much you can do as far as increasing the peak goes, and getting too hung up on small little details like this is just a poor use of your focus if you're still a novice to intermediate lifter. #fitness #gym #workout #buildmuscle #bodybuilding |
