Responding to the India-Bangladesh water sharing agreement, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said that India should show some generosity as both countries would be the beneficiaries.
“We are downstream, water is coming from India. So, India should show more broadness. Both countries would be beneficiaries. Sometimes, our people suffer a lot because of this, especially Teesta river,” he said.
