Turkey has filed a complaint with the United Nations saying that the detention of one of its officials by Dutch authorities broke the Vienna Convention.

Turkish Family Minister Fatma Betul Sayan Kaya told the UN that she endured inhumane treatment from the Dutch government. Andrew Hopkins has more details from the Turkish capital Ankara.
