Advanced countries have developed a variety of measures to promote creativity and planning.
Since creativity is a fundamental consideration in distinguishing a superior talent base in the new competitive global environment, it has also become a chief advantage for workers to possess. Therefore, creativity is a major area of interest in educational as well as in political, economic, social and cultural aspects of human resources training and utilization. In order to promote creativity, advanced counties are reforming education and establishing strategies for improving creativity through innovative teaching methods. In addition, education is becoming geared toward strengthening students abilities to efficiently fulfill professional duties and improve their own performances. This session reviews elementary, middle and high school education across every age and subject to promote the level of creativity in education through a variety of strategies. |
