The FC Bayern Youth Cup is one aspect of FC Bayern Munich's (inter)national youth and junior development program and aims to pave the way for talented U16 players to turn professional. After successfully competing in selection tournaments in their home countries, the individual players represent their country in the tournament in Munich and gain experience for life.
