Two youths went missing from Anjaw district bordering China from Arunachal Pradesh. They have been missing for two and a half months since August 20. The youth went to the forest in search of medicine. Family members expressed apprehension that both the persons might have been abducted by China. The elder brother of the missing youth said, “We are doubting that they crossed the Indian boundary and were abducted by China. We appeal to the central government to help in tracing them.”
