I'm Dr. Sam Walter’s, often I'm asked, how does heart disease affect your brain and influence the development of memory loss?
One thing you need to remember is what works for the heart works for the brain. As you can imagine if you have constricted blood flow to your heart, this will also affect the brain, and affect your memory. So anytime we can do something that helps the brain this also tends to help the heart. They’re like two sides of the same coin. Once can’t function well without the other. I’m Dr. Sam Walters and here’s to your health. #drsamwalters #drsam #heartdisease #brainhealth #memoryloss http://www.webmd.com/heart-disease/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cardiovascular_disease |
