Edd Atcheson - Principal of Experience Innovation @ Adobe
UX strategy should not be about UX In order to transform a business to an experience focused business, you need to think differently about how UX and Design drives that experience. The strategy should no longer be about what the future vision of the customer experience should be. It should be how I can transform the whole business to be an experience business and empower all employees. Edd will take you on how he approaches UX strategy for digital transformation, how to win over stakeholders at the start of a transformation before finishing with a case study on how he helped transform The Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest Brands. Edd Atcheson has over 20 years’ experience helping companies transform themselves into experience businesses and creating space for innovation through digital transformation. Before joining Adobe, he led the customer/business experience digital transformation for Royal Bank of Scotland, British Gas, Sky, Virgin Atlantic, American Express, Volvo and many other brands. Edd has led this from both the Agency and Company side, allowing him a unique insight into problems that occur from different approaches and ways of working. Edd brings that insight and real world experience from those transformations to help Adobes’ customers understand how to create, sustain and optimise an experience business. |
