Well this is a combination of two great things with a long tradition.
The idea behind the video was, someone told me, that "Bratwurst" ist the best known german word in the world. So we decided: We have to make a video with Bratwurst
(Keywords and Hashtags, you know ;-))
But what can you do with a sausage that is made to be panfried? You can panfry it. Great thing to show that in a tutorial ;-)
But a lot of you guys asked me to show you a recipe for german shashlik. And when I was doing the research for the real german shashlik-recipe by chance I found this.
And what can I say? I´m personally not a too big fan of bratwurst, but this is a way I really love it. I think it´s fine for barbecue as well. And I will definitely try it this summer...
