Are you watching Grey’s Anatomy? Since the return of Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) we’re wondering which of our favorite Greys Anatomy cast members will also make a return!

With Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) dreaming of her loved ones on the beach, and Greys Anatomy teasing that’s someone else will appear, we can’t help but ask – WHO? Sure, Greys Anatomy characters come and go, but there are a few faces from Grey’s we’re really hoping to see again. On the top of our list of Greys Anatomy comebacks are Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) and Izzie Stevens (Katherine Heigl), as well as Addison Montgomery (Kate Walsh) and Calzona – Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona Robbins (jessica Capshaw). But of course, we’re holding out hope for the ultimate Greys treat – the return of Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh).

And there are others who may feature – just because they died on the show doesn’t mean they’re gone, after all! We can’t decide who we want to see more – Lexie Grey (Chyler Leigh) or George O’Malley (TR Knight). Whoever it is, we hope that it’ll be the best Greys Anatomy return ever!
