Encouraged and motivated by his biggest fans, winner of the 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Games (Men 40-44) Rudolph “Rudy” Berger went unbroken in Test 4 — a 2015 Open repeat — in the 2023 Age-Group Quarterfinals. In 2015, when he was 33, Berger finished Open Workout 15.5 in 8:14. Eight years later at 41, Berger posted a time of 6 minutes flat and currently leads his division in the competition.
