DRAWING: The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) in Charcoal / pastel pencil lesson art tutorial.
In this step by step drawing video I show you how I use charcoal and pastel pencils to build up the layers on strathmore artagain black paper, gradually going lighetr with the charcoal tones until I do the highlights on the very last step.
Both charcoal and pastel pencils area very forgiving medium and trying something like a white on black drawing allows you to try them out without spending much on art supplies.
