Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak is under fire for recent comments he made on the show. In fact, many fans and critics alike believe he should get fired for his comments.

In an episode on Monday, February 22nd, 2021 the host appeared to mock the lisp of one of the show’s contestants. During the Q & A session, Pat Sajak asked contestant Chris Brimble about his career. Mr. Brimble spoke with a lisp which Pat Sajak took notice too.

After discussing Mr. Brimble’s career, the host responded by saying “I thee,” rather than “I see.” This is a common mispronunciation that occurs when someone has a lisp and viewers felt that Pat Sajak was mocking the contestant’s lisp.

Mr. Brimble himself seemed unfazed by the remark and even chuckled by it. The entire incident barely lasted a few seconds before the game continued.

But, in predictable fashion, the incident was enough to spark outrage online. Many people felt that the joke was mean-spirited and uncalled for. The Twitter mob expressed their anger at Pat Sajak, with some people stated that he should be fired.

This is just one of the recent mishaps that Pat Sajak has experienced in recent Wheel of Fortune episodes.

These have included an outburst during an argument with a contestant. In another episode, he was irritated when a contestant made her spin too early! These mishaps have produced several cringeworthy scenes in the show, making both contestants and viewers uncomfortable.

Even his biggest fans have noticed this. Some viewers feel he should step down while others vehemently suggest that he should get fired.
