Students and learners have negative mindsets on studying or studying hard to achieve goals, they get pressure from their families to study hard to get good grades, but they never get the methodology from them. Therefore they have to change their mindsets from negative to positive on the study by applying innovative processes and methodologies to achieve their goals. Bunleng received a medical degree, a master's degree of science in the field of epidemiology, and a Ph.D. degree in public health. He started his career with an international NGO, Enfant du Cambodge as a health project manager, general surgeon at the Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital, public health HIV/AIDS program officer, health project manager of US/CDC at the US Embassy, policy maker at the national AIDS authority, and professor of epidemiology and statistics. His research paper was published nationally and internationally, and he aims to publish more research papers and textbooks.
