Is this a big chungus cosplay? How did he acquire the fly animal companion seen orbiting his head? Honestly though, I’d extract free snacks out of travelers too if I was built like a Pekka. Then again, dudes gotta pay 30k elixir every time he leaves the house…

All in all, definitely a classic NPC in the making. That little chuckle at the end gets me every time.
