Toastmaster George Hayward performing his speech entitled "Atypical" during the Fall Conference of Toastmasters District 13 on November 3rd, 2012. The speech won first place in this fourth and final round of the District-wide contest representing over 75 clubs. Seven other finalists competed and each speech was within five to seven minutes (with a thirty-second grace period). George is a member of State College Toastmasters and a student at Penn State University.
