Welp there you have it... This is how i trained like him. Id say i ate about 3000 calories everyday. Since i was trying to gain mass. As explained in the video the workouts i did were literally everything you could think of. from even sprinting drills to just straight up body builder and strong man stuff etc... important thing was little to no rest and high reps and sets and a good amount of weight. this challenge was 100days. and from my results there was a lot of speculation people saying i use steroids lol. i dont use steroids guys LMFAO. anyways thanks for 3k subs road to 5k!
