Leveraging passion: Suzanne Ostersmith at TEDxSpokane |
|
Suzanne Ostersmith is a Theatre Artist, Choreographer, Visual Artist, and Arts Educator. She serves as Academic Dance Program Director for Gonzaga University's theatre and dance department.
Suzanne shares her idea of taking your passion and putting it to work to help and inspire others in the community. When planning to do something meaningful, it is much more powerful if it can be sustained over a long period of time. Keep this in mind when you put your ideas into play! In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations) |
