Sphincter Resonance - In the 1960s, apparently, somebody discovered the resonating frequency of the sphincter. They created a device called an "Anal Sphincter Resonator" - an organ-like device. It was used in a suspense thriller play - they intended it to "shake up" the audience when danger was being acted out - apparently it caused the entire audience to soil themselves. (I've also heard this referred to as a 'Brown Note'.)

13Hz sounds like a large wavelength. It is impossible to hear it and live, but it can be experienced as an internal vibration, especially when you're practicing yoga and meditation techniques. The frequency of 13Hz connects the pituitary/Brow-Ajna chakras with the nervous system in the middle of the forehead (sometimes referred to as the Third Eye in Chinese philosophy).

A recommended of 15 minutes listening, a few times a week for 4 weeks is sufficient for you to feel the healing properties of binaural beats & isochronic tones frequencies. I would then recommend you to sit with yourself, journal down how you feel and if you feel any differences from how you were a month ago.
