Major Bar Chord Shapes - Rhythm Guitar Lesson #5 |
|
This is the fifth video from the Rhythm Guitar Quick-Start Series. This lesson builds on what was covered in the last video by introducing a second major bar chord shape. This one uses a fifth-string root note.
With this second shape mastered - you'll be able to use both major bar chord shapes to play chords with root notes on both the sixth and fifth strings. In many ways, this is similar to how you can use power chords with root notes on both strings. In the next lesson, you'll learn minor bar chord shapes.
