COVID-19 Lockdown | Measures to contain COVID-19 in the Witzenberg District in the Western Cape

There's been a spike in new infections of the coronavirus in the Western Cape.
One of the hotspots outside the Cape Metro is the Witzenberg District that includes Ceres and Tulbagh.
93 cases and two deaths have been reported in the area so far.
Provincial health authorities are expecting the numbers to increase dramatically in the coming days as they intensify testing.
The Western Cape now has 1 737 infections and 35 deaths.
Provincial Health Minister, Nomafrench Mbombo is visiting the Witzenberg Municipality today.
