Is your elliptical stuck on the highest resistance setting? This is a quick explanation of why and how to fix it. If your cable jumped off the pulley - its a super easy fix. There is a chance your cable has broken, or one of the two inner cables that connect to the brake have failed. If that's the case - this video won't help you much.
