As the Waitangi Tribunal hears claims in Waitangi on the Marine and Coastal Area Bill (formerly the Foreshore and Seabed Bill) the party whose origins stemmed from the controversial bill launched their new Mana Motuhake policy at the Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
