Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court, Abuja has struck out 8 of the 15 count charge brought by the Federal Government against the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

The prosecuting lawyer spoke to newsmen after this latest ruling and gave clarification on the charges that have been struck out against Nnamdi Kanu.

The court adjourned till the 18th and 26th of May to rule on his bail application.
