A Hamas member killed in an Israeli drone strike on southern Lebanon this morning was plotting attacks against Jews abroad, the Israel Defence Force (IDF) claimed.

The strike outside the Palestinian Rashidieh camp near the southern city of Tyre targeted a car carrying Hadi Mustafa, a Hamas militant in Lebanon who was involved in advancing attacks against Israelis and Jews in several countries abroad, the IDF claimed.

Footage of the incident published by the IDF shows a car bursting into flames following a reported drone strike.
