It’s another beautiful day and today I’m going to share with you my family’s favorite STEAK & EGGS breakfast burritos, let me tell you the weekend is most of the time the only day we can all have breakfast together and every weekend I alternate between pancakes and these burritos, and let me tell you these are the house favorite, it all begins with a homemade flour tortilla! ‼️if you don’t want to mix the eggs with the steak you can always cook them separately, this just makes the best 1 pan meal!

Ingredients: 8 burritos
Flour tortillas
3 cups APF or Bread flour
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp shortening
3/4 tsp salt
Warm water I used 1 1/3 cup
For the steak & Eggs
1 1/2-2 lbs flank steak cut into strips ( make sure to cut against grain!!!!!)
Salt
Black pepper
6 small golden potatoes
1 small onion
1 small red bell pepper
2 large roasted, peeled and cut into strips poblano or hatch peppers
16 eggs
1 serving of love 💕
