White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is joined by Covid-19 response coordinator Dr. Ashish Jha and chief medical advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci at a press briefing with reporters on Tuesday.
They will speak with reporters about a 6-week “sprint” to get more people vaccinated, particularly when it comes to the latest and most updated bivalent boosters, ahead of a possible winter surge. Dr. Anthony Fauci is leaving the post in December, after nearly three years as the public face of the U.S. response to the pandemic.
