Alex Au-Yong challenges the limits of his favourite sport - running, into a movement that focuses on making the lives of others better. Nicknamed the Xtramiler, he lives up to this title with his achievements and charitable contributions to society.

Alex is one of the most recognized runners in the Malaysian marathon community. Alex believes in the idea of promoting quality education and has been working hard to raise money for charity through the sport. Beyond his running abilities, Alex has gone the xtramile by working in YTL Foundation that serves as a great platform for him to continue his vision to impact education in Malaysia. He will speak on how you can be an Xtramiler by applying 3 simple principles to impact the community around you.
