How To Scale Your Construction Business - Adding New Services

Scaling a business means setting the stage to enable and support growth in your company. It means having the ability to grow without being hampered. It requires planning, some funding, and the right systems, staff, processes, technology, and partners.

In this video, we'll talk about the importance of adding new services to your construction business, as well as some tips on how you can get started. I'm going to go over a few different methods that I use in my own company, and give you a little insight into why it's so important for you to grow your company and add new service lines.

The first way that we can do this is by offering a different type of service. For example, if you're a general contractor and want to add in roofing or siding as an additional service, the best thing to do would be to contact local contractors who offer these services already. You could then work out an agreement where they subcontract their work through your company and pay you for managing it on their behalf. This will save them time and give you more revenue for your company!
