I DID CHRIS HERIA WORKOUTS FOR 30 DAYS

In order to do anything for an extended period of time, it takes discipline and a strong "why." In order to do it well, you must have the knowledge and understanding of how to achieve those goals.

The exercises that Chris Heria teaches on his YouTube channel gave me the confidence that working out every single day didn't have to be so daunting.

If you ever feel like life is moving too fast, change up your routine and stay discipline on something that isn't normal to you for 30 days.

The night before I started this challenge, I woke up multiple times and checked the clock excited to start my workouts. By week 3, I dreaded my 4:30am alarm and didn't want to do another push-up. It took discipline and there wasn't anything that was going to stop me from completing this challenge.

It's amazing what you can achieve in just 30 days. The "dad bod" has been a badge I've always worn but I hope to never wear it again. I may not be where I want to be but I'm much closer than I once was.
