Meet proud Inala resident Sue, at 55 years of age and suffering multiple health issues, she’s been told she has four weeks to leave her home.

With little money, and a growing public housing waiting list, she faces the very real prospect of homelessness.

Also in Inala, Kiwi parents Jarrod and Sharon agree to part ways in an attempt to clean up their lives, as welfare authorities are called.

In the midst of the drama, Jarrod is arrested for drug possession – and the future for the family looks bleak. In Melbourne’s inner west, things are looking up for Michael. He’s about to get a new set of teeth – but will his renewed confidence be enough to get him back on his feet and into work?
