Greetings! We are Apostle Kelvin & Ramona Franklin, Founders and Pastors of the New Testament Church Movement Ministry. We were called by the LORD to teach and share about True Discipleship in JESUS CHRIST through exhaustive reading and studying of the Holy Scriptures.
