Karachi Kings signs PIA as official airline partner for PSL 6

KARACHI: Karachi Kings’ owner Mr. Salman Iqbal and Pakistan International Airline (PIA)’s CEO Arshad Malik signed an MoU for the upcoming sixth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

PIA has now become the official airline partner of Kings for the second consecutive year. Similar to last year, PIA will paint Kings’ logo on their planes. PIA’s Boeing 777 will have Kings’ logo on it. During the PSL 6, the passengers onboard will also get live updates of Kings’ matches.

On the MoU signing occasion, Malik wished Mr. Salman and his team ‘Best of Luck’ for the event. “I believe in Salman and his team Karachi Kings. I pray for them and Inshallah they will defend their PSL title,” he said.

It must be noted here that PSL 6 will start on February 20 here at National Stadium. Karachi will host 20 matches in the first half of the event after which the league will shift to Lahore who will host last 14 matches including Playoffs and the Final on March 22.
