Dustin Poirier (born January 19, 1989) is an American professional mixed martial artist. He currently fights in the Lightweight devision for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He is a former Interim UFC Lightweight Champion. Poirier has been competing professionally since 2009, he has also competed in the WEC. As of August 31, 2020, he is #2 in the UFC lightweight rankings and #8 in the UFC men's pound-for-pound rankings.
