BEGINNER YOGA INVERSIONS | using easy props |15 Minute Yoga with Ursula

you will need: 1-2 blankets, yoga bolster or sturdy pillow, chair, yoga mat, 1-4 yoga blocks

watch the video first and then chose your favorite way to invert, upside down with yoga. Inversion means putting your heart higher and head lower than your legs going upside down. We will practice headstand on the wall, bridge pose, plow pose supported with a chair props. Doing shoulder stand for beginners with blanket and chair. Letting fresh blood flow into your thyroid, head to refresh, sharpen your mind and thinking. Speed up your lymphatic system by being upside down. It's also good for your facial skin, hair and rejuvenates the whole body. Start slow and build it up. Stay in a comfortable position for at least 10-15 breath. You don't have to do all inversions. Go easy and if you have any medical conditions, please seek medical advice first, before you jump into these poses. Strengthen your body, by doing this practice several time a week and/or adding one or two inversions to your daily routine.

Shortly after I took several other certification, in PILATES MAT, Prenatal Yoga, THAI YOGA Massage and PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINER. I love Yoga and teaching it to as many people I can reach. My passion for teaching shows in my local Yoga Classes I teach several times a week. I believe Yoga is a must for everyone to stay strong, flexible and aging gracefully.
