I've had a good harvest of Chinese cabbages, and the only reason I grew them was to make my favorite Korean dish, traditional fermented kimchi. I am following famous YouTuber and author Maangchi, her traditional recipe has inspired millions. I follow her recipe quite closely, but doubled the recipe. In this video (a long video for me) we harvest the cabbage, go to the Asian grocery store, and then make the kimchi step by step. What a great day it was! Please enjoy this traditional fermentation dish with me!
