Best Way to Cook FILET MIGNON STEAK Sous Vide Cooked 2 Ways - Bacon or No Bacon

It's about time we cook FILET MIGNON sous vide! and even though we had a little hick-up on this cook it was still amazing! This was a true treat for us in the office. I cooked 4 filet mignon on this cook, so I had to experiment of course, if not it would not be sous vide everything... lol! On this video I answer the good old question, does bacon make everything better? So I cooked 2 with bacon and 2 with no bacon. Hope you guys enjoy this video, our bellies sure did...hahahaaa....

HOW TO I COOKED THESE FILET MIGNON SOUS VIDE
Cooked at 135°F / 57.2°C for 3hrs but my plan was for only 1hr.

INGREDIENTS USED ON THIS COOK
* 4 Filet Mignon there were about 3 inches thick each.
* White Onion
* Garlic
* Organic Thyme
* Salt to taste
* Pepper to Taste
* Apple Smoked Bacon
