10-minute guided meditation with soothing female voice for anxiety, stress relief, relaxation

journal entry 5: I took some time to meditate today. It was a very calm, ASMR, guided meditation experience. I’ve never tried it before, but I was surprised how relaxed I felt after. I focused on my breathing and felt relief from my anxiety. I love it! I want to focus more on mindfulness this year.
