Welcome to our budget family-gym! Our old Bowflex Ultimate needed new lat cables... but $30 ea just seemed too expensive for simple steel cables. I was able to make my own for only $7! AND I found a new rod base for only $25! I was able to reverse my rods and give this old Bowflex new life!
