With not enough pickers, farmers have been forced to kill off rooms of mushrooms they can't get to in time. It's led to million-dollar losses for mushroom farmers already operating on thin margins. So what caused the labor crunch, and can the industry recover? We visited three mushroom farms in Kennett Square to find out.
