Give this intense 5 minute full body fat burning workout with dumbbells a try! You can do this full body workout at home or at the gym, all you need is a pair of dumbbells. All experience levels can do this routine since it's about you pushing yourself to get to your next level. Progressional methods are increasing weight, doing more reps, and limiting excess rest so there is always a way to get better. There are 5 exercises and you're getting as many reps as possible for 1 minute long each with no rest in between exercises. You can use this dumbbell workout as a 1 round finisher at the end of your training day or you can do 3-5 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds for a full volume dumbbell only fat burning workout. Whatever works best for you to get them full body gains. A timer is run throughout on the screen for you to stay on track and follow right along.
