I started this push up challenge in which you have to do 300 Push ups Per Day for 30 Days. That would yield or result to roughly 9000 Push ups. I decided to do a little more so that I can do the 10000 Push Ups in about 35 days. The results surprised me and shocked me. I did not do any other work out or weight lifting and I believe I achieved better result than I expected! I highly recommend you doing this challenge!
