With the Barbie movie coming out this summer it only made sense to make a Barbie cake! I feel like there will be lots of these being made in the next few months. A Barbie cake was one of the first cakes I ever made so I thought to recreate it. And I was extra happy to donate this cake to the @saveachildsheart foundation.

Cake recipe for (1 x 5 inch, 2 x 6 inch and 1 x 8 inch tins):
750g butter
750g sugar
600g eggs
750g self raising flour / 714g plain flour with 36g baking powder

Buttercream:
300g egg whites
600g sugar
600g butter
