Model United Nations (MUN) is a simulation of United Nations conference. MUN help us to understand the nature of diplomacy. So, here we are providing you with important tips and basic information on what is MUN!

Model United Nations, also known as Model UN or MUN, is an educational simulation and/or academic activity in which students can learn about diplomacy, international relations, and the United Nations.

Reasons to join MUN

It’s a fun way of learning about the world. In this era of globalization, being globally aware is more important than ever. Also, having fun makes it easier to learn something and more likely to stick.

It develops leadership skills. MUN is an exercise in research, public speaking, and teamwork. These are skills that you will need throughout your career, and MUN gives you a chance to practice them while you’re a student.

You can leverage your MUN experience and network to get into college and find jobs. Admissions officers and job interviewers look for examples of leadership, and your experiences as a delegate or conference organizer will be good examples. You will also develop a network of alumni from your MUN club and people you’ve met at conferences.

Procedure -
1. Fill out the registration form from the link given above

2. Make the required payment in the payment link which will be given by the authority.
[ MAKE SURE YOU USE SAME MAIL AND NAME FOR PAYMENT FROM WHICH YOU REGISTERED ]

3. You will receive a confirmation mail after 10 hours from your payment, confirming your seat and payment.
It will contain a link to fill your chosen topic along with the country you
want to represent.
Fill and submit the form.

4.What to do after the preference process?
For allocation:
a) As soon as you complete the Preference form and submit it you will be supplied study material, alloted Country & Committee details
through mail or whatsapp on the same or next day !
b) Wohoo!! You are all set to get started for the conference !
c) Rest assured nobody guides you better until and even after the conference better than IMUN can !
